40th Reunion Hotels
For our classmates who are traveling to attend our reunion, we have made arrangements for a special rate at the Crowne Plaza and the Holiday Inn Express. We have also compiled a list of other hotels as well.
Crowne Plaza Milwaukee West
Located just 2.1 miles from our venue at Hart Park, it is the closest hotel. The address is 10499 W Innovation Dr, Wauwatosa. A block of rooms has been set up at the special rate of $119 plus tax. Please remember that to guarantee availability and rate, you must book before the cut off date of Friday August 12, 2016.
Though we are now past the cut off date, you can still try to get the special rate.

Type in the dates of the reunion weekend - you can choose 1 or 2 nights

The name of your group, room type and discounted rate should pop up.
Follow the prompts to complete the reservation.
- Call the hotel directly at 1-414-389-8563 to get the group
reservations.
Be sure you mention the TOSA EAST CLASS OF 76 REUNION BLOCK to get the special rate.
- If you are arriving earlier than Friday (or staying beyond
Sunday), you may need to call the hotel directly (number above) and they
might extend the special rate for additional nights. One classmate has
reported that you can use the website and they gave the discounted rate
for a check-in on Friday and check-out Monday morning. But this was
before the cut-off date.
The Crowne Plaza is offering a shuttle service to our reunion because there were enough classmates that chose to stay there.
To Hart Park 4:45, 5:30, & 6:00.
To Hotel: 9:00, 9:30, & 9:45.
The hotel bar will remain open until at least midnight and possibly until 2 am depending on business.
Holiday Inn Express Milwaukee-West Medical Center
Located just 2.6 miles from our venue at 11111 W North Ave, Wauwatosa, it is also located relatively close to our venue. They have stated they will give us a rate of $99/night plus tax. The only way to get rate is to call them directly at 1-888-HOLIDAY. You will need to mention our group which is WAUWATOSA EAST CLASS OF 1976 and our group code which is TEC. Please remember that to guarantee availability and rate, you must book before the cut off date of Friday August 19, 2016.
Note: Let us know immediately if you call and they don't offer the $99 rate.
