50th Reunion Schedule of Events
All of the events are set. Some of the details could be changed, but if they are, this page will be updated.
Friday Night - Tosa Fest
Parking? Parking always tends to be an issue with Tosa Fest. It is tough to tell anyone where to park because there really is no one specific area. You simply find parking anywhere you can (there are a few parking lots here and there, but also consider the streets) and be prepared to walk.
If you come and can't recognize anyone, look for people with nametags as we'll make them as you arrive. We will be commandeering one of the high-top tables for the tags. This is a no RSVP event which is why nametags won't be made ahead of time.
Saturday Morning - Tosa East Tour
September 12th (Saturday) - 10:30AM - 12:00PM [Times not finalized] - Tour of Tosa East. Enter at the main entrance on Milwaukee Avenue. (It's the entrance you see in the photo above.) If the doors are open, you might not see anyone because everyone might have gone inside into the Learning Center area. No RSVP is needed. Parking is available in the Tosa East parking lots.
Saturday Evening - The Main Event
September 12th (Saturday) - 5:00PM - 11:00PM - Main reunion event at Alioto's which is at 3041 N Mayfair Rd. Prior registration is required for arrival before 8:00PM while we are serving food. Rather than a formal sit down dinner, we will have buffet and open seating. There will be a cash bar, a photo booth, and a disc jockey. The cost is $50/person. We also have a late arrival option (8:00PM) for those not eating at a cost of $25/person. For late arrivers only, if you do not have a prior registration, we will accept walk-ins. Dress attire: casual.
Registration for the main event is not open at this time, but we expect it will be by early June.
Sunday - Informal Picnic
- Jacobus Park utilizing Picnic Areas 2 and 3. These are side-by-side areas next to the wading pool building which offers restrooms and some cover protection should we get some rain.
-
Because this is a no cost event, this will be a BYOB and food. However, we may get some food donated as many bring dishes to share.
Classmate Paul "Ike" Eisenhauer will be bringing his brats for everyone which he has done for several of our picnic reunions.
Ike's Brat Condiment Cooler.
- All are invited to this event! We have a very large area reserved and you can bring family members and friends.
